How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in Egypt. You'll receive tracking updates on your phone once the order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Meeza, and digital wallets (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay).
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Do you ship outside Egypt?
